When creating a cycle of invoices under the recurring invoice option, you have the opportunity to specify detailed cycle settings. Documents will be generated automatically according to the detailed settings. Within the cycle configuration, you can decide not only on the intervals at which invoices will be issued, but also choose a specific time for their issuance. In this article, you will learn where to set the time for issuing the cycle.

Issued times for recurring invoices

To choose the time for issuing recurring invoices:

  1. Go to Income > Recurring Invoices > New Recurring Invoice to create a new cycle.
  2. Choose whether the cycle should be created based on another document or according to your own definition.
  3. In the Issued at field, select one of the available options.

4. Specify the remaining settings and confirm the creation of the cycle by clicking Save.

Choose the full hour for sending recurring invoices from the available options.

However, it's worth remembering that when setting the issuance of recurring invoices between 24:00 - 02:00, delays may occur in the systematic issuance of the invoices. The delay is up to 24 hours maximum. This is related to the time zone of the servers where the data of the InvoiceOcean.com system is stored.

The solution we propose is to change the automatic invoicing time between 02:00 and 03:00 or to later hours than the default set time.
