How to issue invoices for separate projects with variable expenses?

In order to issue invoices for separate projects, please take the following steps:

1. Create separate Categories of income/expenses for each of your projects. 

2. Enter your expenses as items in the Product menu (e.g. Transport, lodging, general expenses, as well as time). 

3. While issuing a new invoice, select which Project you are generating the invoice for in the Category menu.

4. Now when you enter products in your invoice, you may select the specific unit (for instance hours when you are charging for time).
