Tech support access

InvoiceOcean employees will never access your account without your explicit permission. Should it occur that you need additional support there is the option of granting us access to your account. To do this, navigate to:

Settings > Account settings > Scroll down until you see a blue button with ‘Tech support access’. By pressing the button you can set the date till which our employees will have access. Click “Save” to finish.

Tech support access will be revoked automatically after the expiration date.

Note: This option exists for the purpose of allowing us to help you when general support does not suffice.
