If the notes printed at the bottom of the page are to be the same for all documents, go to the Settings > Account Settings > Configuration > Invoices and Documents tab. Within the system, you can add additional notes that will be printed at the bottom of the issued document. In the account settings, you can set a default entry that will be used for all documents or take advantage of the option to add notes for individual invoices. In this article, we will point out where during the document creation process you can add notes that will be visible at the bottom of the printout.
How to add additional notes (printed at the bottom of the page)?
To activate additional notes for a specific document:
1. Go to the document creation form.
2. Expand the See more options section (Hide additional options if already expanded).
3. In the Additional notes (printed at the bottom of the page) field, enter the content you want to display on the document.
