Registering a new account with an email address that operates as a User on another account in the system

It often happens that users, e.g. employees of the companies that use InvoiceOcean as Users (limited access to a company account), have a need to create their own accounts in the system.

An own account in the system may be created in two ways:

  • the first way is to add your own account through your own User profile.
To do so, go to the tab My account> Create an account.

After clicking this button, you will go to the standard window of creating a new account in the system, in which the e-mail address having till now the status of the User will now have the status of Account owner.
  • the second way is to create an account by a simple registration of the account with the same data, which was already used by the User to log into the system.
After entering the invoiceocean.com website and clicking on the Sign up button and entering your existing login data, the program will "ask" a control question in the registration panel.

Intuitively, by selecting Yes, you will create an account with your existing login data in the system.
By selecting No, you will move on to logging into a User account that you have access to.
