Custom content in emails sent to clients

InvoiceOcean gives its Users the possibility to send documents by e-mail with a default content. However, if you prefer to decide what to include in such messages, InvoiceOcean has introduced the possibility of managing the content of e-mails on your own.

To do this:

  • go to Settings> Account settings> Invoice sending > Sending an invoice by e-mail
  • change the default e-mail template option to the own e-mail template option in the section Email template kind,

own email template
 
  • edit the e-mail content as you wish,
  • press Save.
From now on, each e-mail sent to your clients will have the same - generated by you - content.​​​​
