InvoiceOcean offers the possibility of sending an invoice directly to the client via email, allowing you to deliver the document immediately without the need for printing.
The default method of sending the document involves sending a link to the preview generated by InvoiceOcean, from where the document can be downloaded.
However, you can attach the document in PDF format to the sent message. To send an invoice in PDF, click Send on the invoice preview screen, and then check the Attach invoice in PDF option during sending.
