Problems with issuing a third invoice (Free account)

Sometimes clients indicate that they have issued less than 3 documents, and yet the system displays a block for issuing subsequent invoices. See how you can check the actual number of documents:
Did you delete an invoice and the limit didn’t change? The program counts the document limit when the document is saved, for this reason deleting documents will not increase the limit.
