Client Panel - Show only sent documents

From the Professional plan, you can activate the Guest client panel option on your account. With this feature, your clients have access to a special page with a list of their associated invoices along with payment status information. By default, the panel displays all documents assigned to the client However, you can activate an option that makes only documents with the sent status visible in the panel. This article will guide you on how to activate this option in the system.

Show only sent documents in the panel

To display only sent documents in the Guest client panel:

1. Go to Settings > Account Settings > Your account.
2. In the Clients section, activate the Enable Client Panel option, and then check the checkbox next to the option In the panel, show only sent documents


3. Confirm the changes by clicking the Save button.

Below is the appearance of the Client Panel when all documents are visible on the list and when the option to show only sent documents is activated for the same customer.
