In InvoiceOcean, the Financial Status Report of  departments (Department balance) allows us to compile the quantity and value (as well as the amounts paid) of accounting invoices, grouped by departments. This is based on accounting invoices (revenue) with the appropriate date within the selected period or only those departments to which the user has access to.

To generate the report, you need to select its type, specify the parameters, and choose  the Generate Report option. In the Reports List tab, there is an extensive database of reports divided into thematic sections related to various aspects of the system, such as sales, costs, warehouses, products, clients, and others.
