Show proforma number on the invoice

Directly from the level of an issued proforma invoice, you can create a VAT invoice in the system. By default, the proforma number, to which the document is related, is not displayed on the invoice. To show the proforma number on the invoice, you need to activate this option in the account settings. In this article, you will learn how to display the proforma number on the issued document.
 

How to insert the proforma invoice number into the invoice?

To add the proforma invoice number to the invoice:

1. Go to Settings tab > Account Settings > Print settings.
2. Check the checkbox next to the option Show proforma number on the invoice

3. Confirm the changes by clicking the Save button at the bottom of the page.

After activating this option, the proforma invoice number from which it was issued will be visible on the invoice
