Separate email document delivery configuration for departments

If your company sends emails in different languages or from different addresses, you can take advantage of the separate email configuration for departments feature.
This option is available to users of the plan Enterprise

Thanks to this, you can create several departments within the company and name them, for example:

Spanish department
- German department

To set up such a configuration:
- Go to Settings > Company/department;
- Select the Edit option using the gear icon;
- Check the box Separate configuration for documents sent via email
- Click Save
Now when selecting a department, invoices will be automatically issued in the correct language and sent from the correct email.
You also have the ability to configure independent fields visible in the screenshot above:
- Address from which emails will be sent,
- CC,
- Email subject,
- Email template (default or custom),
- Attached invoice as PDF (decision whether to attach it in PDF format or not).
In the case of the email footer, the parameter {{footer}}, you have the option to customize this parameter.

- Go to Settings > Account settings;
- Go to the Invoice sending tab;
- Scroll down the page to the E-mail footer section;
- In the E-mail footer column, enter the text you want others to see in the emails you send;
- Click the Save button.
If you do not want the same footer to be added to different email template configurations in departments, when setting up your own email template, delete the {{footer}} parameter and enter the footer manually in the respective department - this way, each department will have a configured separate footer.
