Easier cooperation with your accounting office

InvoiceOcean can enable your accounting office to access your account in InvoiceOcean and independently download the necessary data for accounting (as long as they have an account in InvoiceOcean, and you enter their code in the settings).
To enter the code:
- Go to the menu Settings > Account Settings.
- Go to the Configuration tab > Users and Privileges.
- In the section Accounting Office which access to the system, enter the office code (the code is the beginning of the accounting office system's URL - e.g., for the address https:/Office1001.invoiceocean.com/, the code will be Office1001).
If the accounting office servicing you has an active Accounting Office Module in InvoiceOcean, you do not have to pay for using InvoiceOcean.
With this module, accounting offices can service their clients more quickly and easily. After completing the above procedure, it is necessary to add a user to the system through which the accounting office will have access to the clients' accounts. If the client of the office is the account owner, they will create an additional user in the Settings > Users tab.
Remember that you can also export data from InvoiceOcean yourself and send it to the accounting office (in which case your accounting office does not need access to your account).
