While using AutoPayments, you may select which document to issue when your client requires an invoice. Go to Settings > Online payments AutoPayments.

Available documents are:

Invoice
Proforma Invoice
Pre-invoice
Final Invoice
Credit Note
BIll
Receipt
Estimate
