Custom template of other documents

InvoiceOcean allows you to create not only your own invoice template, but also templates for other documents. Templates are created in HTML and CSS using Handlebars.

To create a custom document template, go to Settings> Account Settings> Invoice templates, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Add new template button.

In the Template name field, name the template before saving the changes. After clicking on the kind field, select the type of document for which you want to create a template. After selecting a given type of document, the system will load the code of the default document template. You can modify the code of the default document template or create your own template from scratch.



In the system, you can create your own document template for:

• VAT invoice
• Additional document
• Accounting note
• Document list (export)

Document template can be selected when creating/editing a document, or in the case of exports it is available in the document export list.
