Invoices in XML and JSON format

We have added the ability to download invoice in XML or JSON format. This way, the client to whom you send an invoice can easily import it into their own program.

You can download an invoice in JSON and XML format by going to the invoice preview and selecting Export> Download invoice in XML or Export> Download invoice in JSON.


 

When you send your client a link to the invoice (by selecting the option Export> Preview/Copy link in the invoice preview), then your client will also be able to automatically import your invoice to their expenses (where he will be able to generate an XML or JSON version).

In the system, it is also possible to send a list of invoices in an XML file, simply go to the Income/Invoices> Invoice tab and use the Export/Reports> Export to XML button in the upper right corner.
