How to create documents in two languages?

InvoiceOcean allows to issue documents in two languages, e.g. English-Italian or German-Spanish invoices.
To do so, you can either:
- Configure your account settings to issue all your documents with two languages,

How to configure your account settings to issue all your documents with two languages?
InvoiceOcean allows you to configure your account so all your documents are issue in two languages.
To do so:
- Go to Account > Account settings > Configuration,
- in the section Invoices and documents, click on the button Add second language,
- select the second language to want to display in your invoice along with the default language.
- Save.

With this configuration, all your documents will be displayed, sent out and printed in 2 languages.
If you wish to remove the second language, please use the button Remove second language.
How to create/edit your invoice or document with two languages?
Use this option if you only want to create one of your invoices or document with two languages but you want the rest of your documents to use only the default primary language in your account.
To create /edit your invoice so it appears with two languages:
- Go to Income > Invoice and create the document or use the edit button,
- use the Add second language button next to the Currency and Language fields,
- select the second language to want to display in your invoice along with the default language.
- Save.
