How to pay for the subscription while already having an existing account?

To make a payment you need to go to Settings> Account Settings> Your Account. Then click the "See what our premium accounts offer" or the "Change account type" button.
After choosing one of the subscription plans and filling in the fields in the order form (screenshot below) you have to click on "Go to payment", then you will be able to finalize the transaction.
Note. Please pay attention to "Enter promotional code" option, where you can enter the current discount code from price list.
