Methods of sending invoices via email and changing the email address

In InvoiceOcean, we have three options to choose from regarding how we want our invoices to be sent.



Methods of sending invoices via email:

  1. Default
  2. Use own name
  3. Send through your own mailbox

If you want to change the email address from which emails are sent to customers, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Account Settings
  2. Navigate to the Invoice sending tab, 
  3. Enter the chosen email address in the Email from field from which emails will be sent to customers, 
  4. Click Save.
