When creating a cycle of invoices under the recurring invoice option, you have the opportunity to specify detailed cycle settings. Documents will be issued according to the settings of the respective cycle. In this article, you will learn where to set the intervals at which invoices will be issued.
Issuing recurring invoices at intervals
To determine the intervals at which invoices will be issued:
- Go to Income > Recurring Invoices > New Recurring Invoice to create a new cycle.
- Choose whether the cycle should be created based on another document or according to your own definition.
- In the Issue each section, specify the time intervals at which documents will be generated. The available options to choose from are: week, month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, or year.
4. Specify the remaining settings and confirm the creation of the cycle by clicking Save.
Invoices from the cycle will be issued according to the setting in the Issued each section.
