As required by Polish regulations (starting on February 1st 2026), taxpayers issuing invoices in Poland must use KSeF (National e-Invoicing System).

Please be advised that KSeF functionality is available exclusively in the PL region in Fakturownia. KSeF is not supported in other language or regional versions.

If your business is subject to Polish invoicing regulations and requires KSeF, you must request a switch of your account to the PL region (Fakturownia) in order to remain compliant.

Failure to switch may result in non-compliance with Polish tax regulations.
