The conclusion of a personal data processing agreement in InvoiceOcean takes place through the acceptance of the terms and conditions, which include the relevant provisions regarding data processing. In the system, you can submit a request for the issuance of a written confirmation of such an agreement, a document confirming the formal entrustment of data in accordance with GDPR. In this article, we explain you how to submit a request for the confirmation and what information must be completed to ensure the process runs smoothly and without delays.
To obtain a written confirmation of the conclusion of a personal data processing agreement with InvoiceOcean:
1. Go to Settings > Account Settings > Configuration > Security

2. Click the GDPR – confirmation of the conclusion of the agreement button — the button will appear only after you accept the terms and conditions.

3. Complete the required fields in the form that appears after clicking the button and confirm its submission by clicking Send.
Your task will be to confirm the company details and the details of the person authorized to represent it.
You must also attach a scan or PDF file of a current extract from the National business directory downloaded from the relevant official registry website (not older than 3 months). This document should contain the company’s registration details and is required to verify the accuracy of the information of the entity to which the written confirmation of the conclusion of the agreement will be issued.

info@invoiceocean.com requesting the preparation of a confirmation of the personal data processing agreement. In the application, please provide the company name, the first and last name of the person authorized to represent the company, and the ID number. We will then send the confirmation, which must be signed using a trusted electronic signature or a qualified electronic signature.
