In InvoiceOcean, there is the possibility to limit the visibility of clients and make a specific client visible only to the Owner and Administrators of the account, not to all users.
To do this:
- Go to the Settings > Account Settings.
- Navigate to the Configuration > Users and privileges tab.
- Check the box for Client restriction > Save
Go to the Clients tab in the top menu bar;
Using the gear icon, click the Edit button next to the selected Clients name;
In the Client data Access section, choose the option Only users with full access
Click the Save button.
