New role - what privileges can you grant?

When adding new users to the account, you have the option to assign them one of the system roles. The available roles in the system are Administrator, Accountant, or User. The Account Owner role is automatically assigned to the email address used to register the account. Each of these roles has predefined privileges and options that users can access. Additionally, the system allows you to create a custom role and independently determine the scope of data that the user will have access to within the account. In this article, you will learn how to create a new role, where to select privileges, and what their detailed scope is.
How to create a new role?
To create a new role:
2. In the next step, use the Add new role button
3. Fill in the field Role Name,
4. and check the checkboxes next to the selected options in the Privileges section, as well as the Administrator privileges you wish to grant access to,
5. To confirm the creation of the role, click Save at the bottom of the page.
How to assign a custom role to an email address?
To assign a custom role to an email address:
2. Click on the gear icon next to the chosen email address and select Edit from the available options,
3. Click on the Roles field.
4. The system will display a list of roles available for selection on the account. Click on the name of the created role, and confirm the changes by clicking the Save button.
5. On the list of users, the assigned role name will appear in the Role column.
