Default template's full HTML (handlebars) + CSS code

In order to make changes to the DEFAULT template, go to Settings > Account settings > Invoice template and click Add new template.  Download our templates After downloading, paste the HTML code in the upper field and the CSS code in the lower field (as shown below) and start making changes.

The repository does not have all the files needed. Template is incomplete. Ex. positions_correction.hbs.html
