How to add additional inscriptions and notes to an invoice

In the See more options/Hide additional options field, you can find fields for:

  • private notes (visible only to the invoice issuer),
  • additional notes that will be displayed on the reverse side of the invoice,
  • additional notes or inscriptions that are displayed in the footer on the first page of the invoice. These comments can be used, for example, to enter the information obligation regarding changes related to the GDPR.

The system has an option to set default entries for these fields on the invoice. This can be done under Settings> Account Settings> Configuration> Invoices and Documents menu. More information can be found here.
