The available quantity in products determines the initial quantity of products, by selling a given product through issuing a sales invoice, the quantity of that product will decrease accordingly. NOTE: This field is inactive after enabling the Warehouse module using the Warehouse Management button. If you enable the warehouse, then the program will automatically issue an AG-document (Acceptance of goods) with the quantities of products that were previously in the “Available quantity” field
