Block the manual changing of invoice issue date

InvoiceOcean allows assigning convenient permissions to users. One of them is the ability to manually change the invoice issue date according to preferences. We can allow or block this function for individuals who have access to our account, or leave this function only for administrators.

This can be done through: Settings > Account Settings > Configuration > Users and privileges > Block manual changing of invoice issue date
