Faster issuance of invoices for the same Client

InvoiceOcean makes it possible to quickly issue an invoice for the same Client from a previously issued invoice.

In order to issue such an invoice:

  • go to the preview of the last issued invoice by clicking on its number
  • press the More options> Add similar> The same client

When you use this function, the program will open a new invoice form and copy all the data from the previous document.

In similar way you can generate a new warehouse document from an already existing document.
