If you do not want everyone to see the financial reports in InvoiceOcean, then you can limit the visibility of reports for Users (this restriction does not apply to Administrators). To enable this feature, go to Settings> Account settings> Configuration> Users and privileges> Reports access restriction. When Reports visibility is disabled, Users also cannot see summaries in invoice lists.
