Block warehouses access for users

You can invite your collaborators and assign them appropriate permissions to your account in InvoiceOcean. You can also control access to specific sections of the system, such as access to warehouses.

Restricting access to warehouses

To limit users' access to warehouses:

1. Go to Settings > Account Settings.
2. Navigate to Configuration > Users and Privileges.
3. Check the box Block warehouses access for users.
4. Press the Save button.

After saving the option, users will not have access to warehouses and warehouse documents.

Access to selected warehouses

If you want to allow a user access only to the warehouses assigned to them, use the option highlighted with a light frame in the above graphic. You can find a full description of the function here
