Account ID number in InvoiceOcean

In order to find the associated account in InvoiceOcean during email inquiries or phone calls, we display your account ID number in the account settings. This is a unique number that allows for easier account searching in the database during contact with the operator. When reporting a technical issue that requires verification directly on the account, you can provide one of the details based on which the operator will search for the account. In addition to the email address on which the account is registered or the account prefix (name), you can now indicate your account ID number. In this article, we will show you where to find your account ID.
If you provide this number to the Operator in email correspondence or during a phone call, it will facilitate finding the correct account to which the inquiry pertains.
Where to find your account ID number?
To find your account ID number:
1. Go to Settings > Account settings > Your account;
2. You will find the ID number in the upper right corner of the Your Account page, under the main menu
